This Privacy Policy describes Our (“EMI Solution Private Limited, India”) policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. By visiting the EMIS Global website, providing your information or availing our product/services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the applicable service/product terms and conditions. We value the trust you place in us and respect your privacy, maintaining the highest standards for secure transactions and protection of your personal information.

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) refers to undesirable electromagnetic emissions or disturbances generated either by electronic devices or natural sources in the environment that can interfere with the proper functioning of other nearby devices or systems.

EMI Solutions (“EMI Solution Private Limited, India”) offers Power line filters to remove unwanted Electromagnetic noise and surge protection for devices to ensure smooth functioning of the devices. EMI Solution Private Limited, India caters to the needs of its Users across diverse industries such as Industrial equipment, healthcare equipment and consumer appliances among others spread across the world.

This privacy policy is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; that require publishing of the privacy policy for collection, use, storage, transfer, disclosure of Personal Information (means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual) including Sensitive Personal Information (all Personal Information which requires heightened data protection measures due to its sensitive and personal nature) (both, hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), excluding any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please do not use or access our Platform.

Personal data of Users will be processed in compliance with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and other relevant data protection legislation which may be applicable (together, the “Data Protection Laws”)., in respect of personal data processed by the Company (“EMI Solution Private Limited, India”), For the purpose of this EU data protection notice data controller”, “data processor”, “data subject”, “personal data”, “processing” shall have the meanings attributed to them in the Data Protection Laws.

Interpretation:

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purpose of the GDPR EMI Solutions AB, Sweden is the data controller of your information. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use your personal data. For the purpose of the DPDP, ACT, 2023 EMI Solution Private Limited, India for Indian Users is the data fiduciary of your information. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use your personal data. We are required under Data Protection Legislation to notify you of the information contained in this Privacy Notice.

It means that this information may be transferred to parent company in India and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from Your jurisdiction.

We do not currently use any automated systems in our decision making process whilst servicing or choosing to service a client. Our automated communication systems are only limited to sharing communication on acknowledgement of any requests received or serviced.
