Nagendra KS
Director KSI Group, KWK Resistors and EMIS
An award winning industrialist and visionary in the field of electrical electronic components, Mr. Nagendra KS is a first generation entrepreneur who founded KS Instruments Pvt Ltd in 1979. An Instrumentation Engineer par excellence, he developed KSI into one of the most well-known brands for Resistors and allied products for the power generation industry.
An alumna of IISc Bangalore, our guiding light has been actively working towards the development of the industry and society. He held the position of District Governor for Rotary and divides his time between welfare activities and mentoring the younger generations of the industry.
Avinash Koorgailu
Director KSI Group, KWK Resistors and EMIS
Mr. Avinash Koorgailu, a passionate electronics engineer from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen UK. He worked in the USA, UK and the Middle East markets before returning to India and joining KSI group.
He envisioned expanding the superior skillset and technical know-how to international markets; a testimony to which is the successful JV between KSI and Krah Germany – forming one of India’s largest power resistor manufacturers – KWK Resistors India. He further acquired EMIS to bolster the KSI group product portfolio. Under his stewardship, the company has grown from an 8 member team to over 250 members in 2020.
Ashwin Koorgailu
Director KSI Group, KWK Resistors and EMIS
Mr. Ashwin Koorgailu, an electronics engineer with a focus on power electronics also shares a passion for bike rides, restoration of vintage bikes and cars. Ambitious and punctilious, Ashwin has consistently met and exceeded the targets he set for himself. A people’s person, he has an acute understanding of customer’s needs.
Ashwin worked for Accenture before joining hands in KSI Group.
Felix Raj
General Manager, EMIS
An industry veteran and a valued member of the EMIS team since 2011, Felix is an electrical and electronics engineer. His area of expertise is design and testing of EMI / RFI filters and solutions. Years of experience and his proficiency in his skill have resulted in his acute understanding of customer needs. Widely experienced in various manufacturing sectors, Felix keeps a stringent check on our product quality.
